The problem

Most Meta ad accounts are broken in three predictable ways.

I've looked inside dozens of ad accounts. The same three problems show up every time — and every one of them is quietly costing you sales.

The numbers Meta shows you are wrong

Meta says it made you €1M from €15k of ads. Your bank says you actually made €100k. You're making decisions on numbers that don't match reality.

Your account is a mess

41 campaigns. Half of them duplicates. Your budget is spread so thin that your ads are bidding against each other — and none of them gets enough data to actually work.

Nobody looks past the click

The ad gets the click — and then what? If your product page is slow, your checkout is confusing, or your offer is unclear, the sale is lost. Most agencies stop caring once the click happens. That's where the money actually leaks.

"Spending more on ads doesn't fix any of this. It just burns money faster."

How I'm different

Three things most ad guys don't actually do.

Anyone can run Meta ads. The reason my clients see results month after month is that I look at the whole picture — not just the ads themselves.

I studied how people actually buy

I trained as a UX designer (degree in The Hague, 2019–2022) before I got into ads. So I don't just optimise click-through rates — I look at how your customer thinks, what makes them trust you, and where they get stuck. That's where the real wins are.

I actually like the technical stuff

One year studying computer science at TU Delft, four years as an engineer at HPE. When your tracking breaks (and it does), I fix it myself. I don't outsource the technical work to someone who'll bill you separately and take a week to respond.

I'm in your account every day

Not once a week. Not when you message me. Every day. I'm checking what's working, killing what isn't, testing new creative, and adjusting budgets. You get the daily attention of an in-house hire without paying €70k a year for one.

Me vs the alternatives

How I work

A simple, three-step plan. No surprises.

Every engagement follows the same path. You always know where we are, what's coming next, and what to expect. Click any step to expand the details.

STEP 01
Week 1

Audit

Find what's broken. Quantify what it's costing.

I dig into the full Meta Ads setup — account structure, attribution, creative library, pixel and CAPI configuration, landing pages, and how reported performance compares to actual revenue in your store backend.

What you get
  • A written diagnostic of what's broken, what it's costing, and what to fix first
  • A reconciled view of tracked revenue vs. real revenue for the last 90 days
  • A prioritised list of fixes — sequenced so the highest-ROI work happens first
  • An honest call on fit — if I'm not the right person, I'll tell you
STEP 02
Weeks 2–4

Rebuild

Restructure the account. Fix the data. Brief the creative.

With the diagnostic in hand, I rebuild the account so it can actually learn. This is the unglamorous, technical work that most operators skip — and it's where the compounding starts.

What changes
  • Account restructured — campaigns consolidated, audiences cleaned up, budget repointed
  • Attribution rebuilt with CAPI and reconciled against your real sales data
  • Reporting moved off the platform dashboard and onto numbers that match Stripe
  • Creative briefs delivered — hooks, angles, formats — for your team or agency to produce
STEP 03
Month 2 onward

Operate

Daily work. Weekly reviews. Compounding gains.

This is the phase where most agencies disengage and the work stops compounding. Not here. I stay in the account every day, making the small decisions that, over months, add up to a different growth trajectory.

The cadence
  • Daily: account check, budget pacing, creative rotation, anomaly response
  • Weekly: performance review reconciled to your sales data, with notes on what's working and what's next
  • Monthly: strategy call — what we're testing, what we're killing, what's coming next quarter
  • Always-on: WhatsApp/direct communication, CET hours, no ticket queues
How we work together

Two ways to start. One way to work.

Either you start with a one-time review of your account, or we go straight into running it together. Both come with a money-back guarantee, so you're never stuck.

The 30-day guarantee

You'll see 30 days of real work in your account — or your first month is on me.

I'm not going to promise you a specific revenue number. Nobody honest in this business can — there are too many things outside the ads that affect sales (your product, your prices, the season, your stock). What I can promise is the work itself. If by day 30 the work below isn't done and on your desk — or you just don't feel month two is worth it — I refund your first month. No questions.

The work I clean up your campaigns, fix tracking, write new creative angles, study your competitors, and move your budget where it actually makes money — done inside your account, not in a pretty deck.
The proof A monthly report you can actually read: what I changed, what's working, what isn't, where I'm putting your money next month, and screenshots of at least 3 fixes I made.
The exit If the work isn't done, the report isn't there, or you just don't feel it's working — you tell me, I send your money back. No fighting, no fine print.

Why I do it this way: I can't control your product, your prices, or your market — so I won't pretend I can guarantee sales from them. What I can guarantee is that someone senior shows up every day and does the work — and you can see it with your own eyes.

A real client. A real 9 months. Here's exactly what happened.

Real numbers, real client, real timeline. Below is what happened with a supplements brand in Southeast Europe over 9 months of working together.

I took 41 messy campaigns and turned them into 5 that actually work.

I took over a supplements brand's Meta ads in July 2025. The account had 41 different campaigns all competing with each other. The tracking was broken — Meta was claiming €1M+ in sales from €15k of ad spend, which was obviously nonsense.

I cut it down to 5 focused campaigns. Fixed the tracking so we knew what was actually working. Started reporting against the real bank-account numbers instead of Meta's fantasy ones. Added AI-assisted creative so we could test new ads faster. And told them exactly what to fix on the product pages.

About me

The path that got me here.

Dimitar Petrov
Dimitar Petrov
eCommerce Growth Operator · Sofia, Bulgaria

I came to performance marketing the long way around.

I've watched founders spend €100k on ads and not know if half of it actually worked. The answer isn't more spending — it's better measurement, cleaner structure, and someone who treats your account like their own balance sheet.

I studied Computer Science at TU Delft, then earned a BA in UX Design at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, then spent four years as a storage engineer at HPE. That mix is why I naturally look at growth through three lenses at once: buyer psychology, conversion flow, and technical truth in the data.

I started running paid social seriously in 2023 while still at HPE. By July 2025 I had taken over the Meta Ads program for a supplements eCommerce brand in Southeast Europe — the 9-month engagement behind the case study above. In April 2026 I left HPE to do this work full-time under DVP Marketing.

What "working" looks like

Imagine: it's Monday morning. You open your dashboard. Yesterday's spend was €800. Yesterday's tracked sales were €3,200. The numbers match your Stripe report — to the cent. You stop wondering whether your ads are working, and start planning what to do with the upside.

That's the bar. Not vanity ROAS. Not "we think it's working." Reconciled, predictable, boring numbers — every Monday — that let you make real business decisions without spreadsheet acrobatics.

What clients say

Words from real engagements.

When we started working together, we needed someone who could bring structure and real performance to our paid media, not just spend budget. Dimitar quickly proved he understands both the numbers and the bigger business picture, campaigns became more efficient, and we saw clear improvements in performance. What stood out most was his proactive approach and how easy he is to collaborate with, always thinking a step ahead. If you're considering working with him, I'd say he's someone who genuinely cares about results and treats your business like his own.

Common questions

Things founders ask before we start.

Why should I hire a solo operator instead of an agency?
Honest answer: sometimes you shouldn't. If your business is at €100k+/month in ad spend across 5 channels, you probably need a team. For brands at €5k–€30k/month in Meta Ads spend, a solo operator who's actually in the account every day will out-perform a junior account manager at an agency, every time. You're paying for one experienced brain fully invested in your business, not three layers of people passing tickets back and forth.
What does the "30-day deliverables guarantee" actually mean?
On the Growth Partner retainer, in your first 30 days you'll receive three written deliverables: a full account diagnostic, a reconciled tracked-vs-actual revenue report for the past 90 days, and a prioritised fix list. If you don't have all three documents in hand by day 30, or you don't feel month two is worth committing to, your first month is refunded in full. The guarantee is tied to things I can actually control — work I do — not to revenue outcomes that depend on factors outside the ad account (your product, your pricing, your fulfilment, market conditions).
Do you produce creative or just analyse it?
I do both creative strategy and AI-assisted production. I can create static assets with AI tools, shape hooks and content ideas, write clear briefs, act as the creative strategist, edit videos when needed, generate AI videos, and help coordinate influencer or UGC direction. I'm not a big production studio, but I can absolutely help get creative made — especially when speed and iteration matter.
How many clients do you take on at a time?
2 to 3 monthly clients at a time, plus the occasional one-off Diagnostic. It's not a marketing trick — it's just that being in each account every day means I can't take on more than 3 clients without quality dropping. I'd rather charge a fair price and do the work properly than stack up accounts. Right now I have room for 1–2 more. When I'm full, this page will say so.
What if you're not the right fit for my business?
The intro call (free, 30 minutes) is precisely for figuring this out. If I don't think I'm the right fit, I'll tell you — and where possible, point you to someone who is. I'd rather have a great relationship that doesn't turn into a contract than an awkward contract.
Where are you based and do you work with international brands?
I'm based in Bulgaria (Sofia). I work fully remote with brands across Europe and beyond. The most recent engagement was with a brand in Southeast Europe. Distance has never been a factor — what matters is communication rhythm and clear deliverables. I work in CET (9am–8pm weekdays), which overlaps comfortably with most European and US East Coast time zones.
