Which of these are happening in your account?
Take the 20-question Scale-Ready Store Scorecard and find out in 8 minutes. Personalised score + your top 3 bottlenecks ranked.
I take over your Meta ads, find what's broken, and run them like the owner you wish you'd hired — not like an agency on autopilot. You get clarity in 30 days, or your money back.
I've looked inside dozens of ad accounts. The same three problems show up every time — and every one of them is quietly costing you sales.
Meta says it made you €1M from €15k of ads. Your bank says you actually made €100k. You're making decisions on numbers that don't match reality.
41 campaigns. Half of them duplicates. Your budget is spread so thin that your ads are bidding against each other — and none of them gets enough data to actually work.
The ad gets the click — and then what? If your product page is slow, your checkout is confusing, or your offer is unclear, the sale is lost. Most agencies stop caring once the click happens. That's where the money actually leaks.
Real numbers from a real client. Every figure below comes from their bank account and website sales reports — not Meta's dashboard. This is what an account looks like when someone actually runs it.
Anyone can run Meta ads. The reason my clients see results month after month is that I look at the whole picture — not just the ads themselves.
I trained as a UX designer (degree in The Hague, 2019–2022) before I got into ads. So I don't just optimise click-through rates — I look at how your customer thinks, what makes them trust you, and where they get stuck. That's where the real wins are.
One year studying computer science at TU Delft, four years as an engineer at HPE. When your tracking breaks (and it does), I fix it myself. I don't outsource the technical work to someone who'll bill you separately and take a week to respond.
Not once a week. Not when you message me. Every day. I'm checking what's working, killing what isn't, testing new creative, and adjusting budgets. You get the daily attention of an in-house hire without paying €70k a year for one.
You have four real options for managing Meta Ads. Here's an honest comparison of what each actually delivers — including where I'm not the right fit.
Not ready to commit to a retainer? Find out where your bottleneck is first.
The free Scale-Ready Store Scorecard takes 8 minutes and tells you what to fix before you spend more.
Every engagement follows the same path. You always know where we are, what's coming next, and what to expect. Click any step to expand the details.
Find what's broken. Quantify what it's costing.
I dig into the full Meta Ads setup — account structure, attribution, creative library, pixel and CAPI configuration, landing pages, and how reported performance compares to actual revenue in your store backend.
Restructure the account. Fix the data. Brief the creative.
With the diagnostic in hand, I rebuild the account so it can actually learn. This is the unglamorous, technical work that most operators skip — and it's where the compounding starts.
Daily work. Weekly reviews. Compounding gains.
This is the phase where most agencies disengage and the work stops compounding. Not here. I stay in the account every day, making the small decisions that, over months, add up to a different growth trajectory.
Either you start with a one-time review of your account, or we go straight into running it together. Both come with a money-back guarantee, so you're never stuck.
I'm not going to promise you a specific revenue number. Nobody honest in this business can — there are too many things outside the ads that affect sales (your product, your prices, the season, your stock). What I can promise is the work itself. If by day 30 the work below isn't done and on your desk — or you just don't feel month two is worth it — I refund your first month. No questions.
Why I do it this way: I can't control your product, your prices, or your market — so I won't pretend I can guarantee sales from them. What I can guarantee is that someone senior shows up every day and does the work — and you can see it with your own eyes.
Answer 12 quick questions about your store. You'll get a one-page report telling you the single biggest thing slowing your growth — and whether it's an ads problem or something else entirely.
Take the scorecard →A relaxed call where I learn about you and your business — what you sell, where things are working, where they're stuck, and where you want to be in a year. I'll share what I'd do in your shoes and we'll both know if we're a fit. If we are, great. If not, you walk away with free advice.
Book a call →Real numbers, real client, real timeline. Below is what happened with a supplements brand in Southeast Europe over 9 months of working together.
I took over a supplements brand's Meta ads in July 2025. The account had 41 different campaigns all competing with each other. The tracking was broken — Meta was claiming €1M+ in sales from €15k of ad spend, which was obviously nonsense.
I cut it down to 5 focused campaigns. Fixed the tracking so we knew what was actually working. Started reporting against the real bank-account numbers instead of Meta's fantasy ones. Added AI-assisted creative so we could test new ads faster. And told them exactly what to fix on the product pages.
I've watched founders spend €100k on ads and not know if half of it actually worked. The answer isn't more spending — it's better measurement, cleaner structure, and someone who treats your account like their own balance sheet.
I studied Computer Science at TU Delft, then earned a BA in UX Design at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, then spent four years as a storage engineer at HPE. That mix is why I naturally look at growth through three lenses at once: buyer psychology, conversion flow, and technical truth in the data.
I started running paid social seriously in 2023 while still at HPE. By July 2025 I had taken over the Meta Ads program for a supplements eCommerce brand in Southeast Europe — the 9-month engagement behind the case study above. In April 2026 I left HPE to do this work full-time under DVP Marketing.
Imagine: it's Monday morning. You open your dashboard. Yesterday's spend was €800. Yesterday's tracked sales were €3,200. The numbers match your Stripe report — to the cent. You stop wondering whether your ads are working, and start planning what to do with the upside.
That's the bar. Not vanity ROAS. Not "we think it's working." Reconciled, predictable, boring numbers — every Monday — that let you make real business decisions without spreadsheet acrobatics.
When we started working together, we needed someone who could bring structure and real performance to our paid media, not just spend budget. Dimitar quickly proved he understands both the numbers and the bigger business picture, campaigns became more efficient, and we saw clear improvements in performance. What stood out most was his proactive approach and how easy he is to collaborate with, always thinking a step ahead. If you're considering working with him, I'd say he's someone who genuinely cares about results and treats your business like his own.
Working with Dimitar has been a very positive experience for our brand. He brings a strong mix of marketing strategy, performance thinking, and attention to detail, which has helped us approach our Meta advertising in a more structured and effective way. He is reliable, proactive, and easy to work with, and he consistently looks for practical ways to improve results. I would confidently recommend him to any business looking for a skilled and professional digital marketing partner.
